Tibetan Youth Buddhism Class (Sun. 2 Apr, 2017 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm)

*Course will be in Tibetan - no English translation will be offered

His Holiness the Dalai Lama has emphasized at various occasions including at Gyuto Monastery, to preserve the rich cultural heritage, especially the Buddhist heritage that is based on the rich Nalanda Tradition.  The real preservation will happen only through learning rich Buddhist philosophy, its tradition and the Buddhist Science, rather than to merely perform rituals and prayers.  The Gyuto Foundation has heeded his advice and happy to host a Buddhist Class every Sunday from 6pm till 7pm, starting on April 2, 2017 for Tibetan Youths.  His Holiness believe youths have great potential not only to bridge between Buddhist Knowledge inherited from the Nalanda school of thoughts, and modern education.  They also have right mindset to become 21st century Buddhist as he always envisions about Buddhists in general, particularly the younger generation.  Interested candidates are kindly requested to register for the class at their earliest convenience by reaching out to the Gyuto Foundation. These classes are free.
